The Memory Box measures approx. 20 x 20 x 4.5 cm and comes in white, black or natural wood. It holds tickets, wristbands, postcards and coins; full-length boarding passes sit at an angle.

The back opens, so you can rearrange or take things out whenever you like.

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days, then tracked delivery takes 7-12 working days. You will get tracking details by email.

UK tracked delivery is £3.99, and free on orders over £50.

Contact us and we will look into it with the courier. If it is lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you want to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. Full details are on our returns policy.

Once your return reaches us we refund you within 14 days, including the standard delivery cost you paid, to your original payment method.

Sorry about that. Send us a photo within a few days of delivery and we will put it right with a replacement or refund, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You can pay with the methods shown at checkout, including major debit and credit cards. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and we never see your full card details.
