Returns & refunds
We want you to love your Wandersake order. If something isn't right, here's how we put it right.
Changed your mind? You have 14 days
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. Just email contact@wandersake.co.uk with your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back, unused and in their original packaging. We'll reply with the returns address.
- Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service.
- We refund the item price and your original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of postage), to your original payment method.
- Personalised items made to your specification can't be returned for a change of mind, unless they are faulty.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice, and you won't need to pay any return costs. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Parcel not arrived?
If your tracked parcel hasn't arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, let us know and we'll resend it or refund you in full.
