Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed on wandersake.co.uk, operated by Labrisa Media LLC trading as Wandersake. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. If an item is unavailable or a price is clearly wrong, we'll contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Sizes are approximate and natural materials such as wood vary slightly. Tickets, photos and souvenirs shown in images are for illustration and are not included.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
